I grew up as one of seven kids, raised by my mom on almost nothing. Christmas money went to school lunches. Donation bags showed up on the porch.

19-20 years of age : I was working 24hr shifts as an EMT, in college full-time on track for a nursing degree, with a 2nd job at an Italian restaurant...

No sleep. Did not take care of my body and was almost 200lbs. Binge drinking to black out any night I could to hide my severe depression, panic attacks + burn out.

I was miserable, hated my life and didn't know what to do.

I spent my nights reading any books I could get my hands on about the power of the mind and quantum physics, binging all the YouTube videos, reading research articles from Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Dr. Bruce Lipton. I practiced a lot of methods that didn’t work... And a lot of methods that DID. Soon my life changed, and changed in ways that I never thought was possible for myself.

After about 1-2 years of relentless inner work, my depression + anxiety were GONE.

2021

I moved into a 1 bedroom apartment by myself, all alone, not knowing how I'd pay rent. I was scared AF, but things kept falling into place. Doubled my income with an unexpected bartender promotion, manifested my dream friends to a T, started to travel a bit more

2018

I got introduced to the Netflix documentary : The Secret.

That was the first time that I was introduced to any idea that our state of minds had anything to do with the results we get in life... As an open-minded skeptic, I thought to myself, “what if this sh*t actually worked? What if I could change my life?”*

Down the rabbit hole I went.

2019

My intuition spoke for the first time and told me LOUD + CLEAR,

"Don't go to nursing school. Start a YouTube channel".

I was TERRIFIED to break out of my old life. But I started to take baby steps towards starting a YouTube channel + business...

End of 2021

Better You was born!

I started my online business as a holistic mental health coach teaching others how I used law of attraction concepts, neuroplasticity + inner healing modalities to clear my chronic depression + anxiety, so that they can too.

My clients were getting INSANE results: Got off meds, skin conditions cleared, healthy relationships + happier than ever.
